BIRTHDAY PARTY VENUES IN TOOWOOMBA
21STS, 30THS, 60THS AND EVERYTHING BETWEEN

A birthday party at a pub takes the two worst jobs off your hands, which are cooking for forty people and cleaning up after them. Here's how to put one together in Toowoomba without it turning into a second job.
Pick the room by the number
Work out your guest list first, then choose the space. Up to 60 standing fits nicely in Room 1911, which is secluded and has its own bar and event staff, so it suits a 60th or a milestone where people want to talk. If you're expecting a bigger night, Level One takes up to 150 standing and has a dance floor and a private bar, which is where most 21sts and 30ths end up.
Feed people early
The single best thing you can do for a party is put food out as guests arrive. A grazing table on arrival buys you an hour of goodwill while people find each other. After that, canapés keep everyone moving, or a couple of share platters and a stack of pizzas will do the job without ceremony.
Sort the drinks up front
Decide before the invites go out whether you're putting on a bar tab, buying drink tickets, adding a beverage package or letting guests buy their own. A tab with a set limit is the easiest to manage because you can top it up during the night and you always know where you're at.
The small details that matter
Our function spaces include the tables, chairs, cake table and knife, easels for signage and a wishing well, and we'll cut and serve the cake for you. The sound system, microphones and screens are there if you want a speech, a playlist or a slideshow of photos the birthday person would rather you didn't show.
Cake, then a late feed
If you want to go further, the pack has ideas like a doughnut station, a mini ice cream cart or a late night run of sliders for people who danced through dinner.
Start here
Send an enquiry through the functions page with your date and numbers, and we'll come back with a room, a menu and a price so you can get on with the guest list.
